What shipping carriers do you offer?
We currently offer Fedex Ground service for shipments within
the United States. International orders are shipped via the
United States Postal Service. Please be aware that USPS shipments
are uninsured and untraceable. If you would like to ship your
order through a different method, contact us at
with the shipping method you desire and we will let you know
if it is possible.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, JRBooks.org ships to customers all over the
world.
Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?
Yes, import duties and/or taxes (for orders shipped to non
U.S. destinations) may be imposed by your local government
on shipments from outside your country. These charges are
separate from JRBooks.org charges and are beyond
our control or ability to predict. You are responsible for
paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your
government. Please check with your local post office for more
information.
RETURN POLICY
What is your return policy?
We accept returns with a receipt, for exchange or store credit,
within 30 days after the date of purchase. If you are returning
the item by mail please contact us first for a Return Merchandise
Authorization or RMA number to ensure that your return will
be processed smoothly.
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
If the damage is faulty merchandise (e.g. upside down or missing
pages), please contact us for an RMA number and return instructions.
We will replace the merchandise or refund you the full purchase
price according to your wishes and product availability. If
the damage occurred through shipping, save the packing material
and contact FedEx to settle your claim. Orders shipped through
the USPS (international) are uninsured and, unfortunately,
cannot be reimbursed for shipping damage.
I placed an order online but I changed my mind and
want to cancel it. Can I?
If your order has not yet been processed, it is possible to
cancel. Please contact us as soon as possible to determine
whether it is still possible to cancel your order. Once an
order has been processed it can no longer be cancelled.
I received the wrong item in my order, what should
I do?
Although we do our best to ensure that you order is handled
as efficiently and accurately as possible, mistakes do happen
occasionally. Please contact us for an RMA number and return
instructions so that you will receive the correct merchandise
as soon as possible.
